In all around decent cosmetic condition.  The grilles are tight and the vinyl covering has some scratches.   There are some small nicks around edges.  There's a cosmetic chip near one tweeter without any effect on sound.
These speakers have excellent structural integrity and sound great.  I had them with a pair of new Martin Logan Motion 15s for some time, and they roundly bettered the newer speakers.  They sounded much more organic, layered and had far superior midrange.  The Martin Logans had those tweeters, yes, but nothing behind them for a unnatural and anemic overall sound.  Very nice bidding posts, rare for vintage speakers.  I put them on 22 inch stands.
Speakers will be shipped well protected with bubble wrap AND Styrofoam board.
