This yearbook is extremely rare. Even more rare is the amazing condition it is in. The spine has some superficial wear along the corners (see pics), but the binding is very tight, and the pages are incredible. It doesn't appear to have been handled much over the last 92 years. The top edges of the pages are gold gilded. It also has a very light musty smell, but nothing overpowering; it is simply aging. Judge the condition yourself by examining the pictures of the actual item from various angles. This would make a great gift for anyone who attended MIT.
