    Old Fine Mossi Fabric – Man's Robe - Burkina Faso
    Cotton. Fabric made from 5 strips sewn together. Cm. 142,0 high x cm. 115,0 width (55.91″ x 45.28″). Good general conditions, some damages due to age and use (small hole in the middle).
    Narrow strips of handwoven cotton are stitched together into a whole cloth, then dip dyed several times in indigo and embroidered. The indigo colour has aged gracefully and the cloth have a lovely, soft feel.
    This fabric has been professionally washed.
