The Paiste Color Sound 900 Series Heavy Ride Cymbal has a strong sound and look. Made in Switzerland, by hand, this cymbal sounds and looks like a much more expensive instrument. Using the same "2002 Bronze" as on the most famous cymbals ever made for rock music, the 900 Heavy Ride brings the same cut and clarity as more expensive cymbals. The variety of finishes available gives drummers the chance to look as good as they sound. Using high quality 2002 Bronze gives the 900 Heavy Ride the same distinct clarity as top of the line cymbals. Hammering the instrument more heavily gives it a slightly warm tone while maintaining the cut and clarity needed for louder music.
