Those pcb boards are vintage electronics from the 80's -90's  so handle with care and connect properly as checking voltages and the correct position of the Jamma connector to your game cabinet, reversing the Jamma connector may damage the board.
First check your game thoroughly. Remember, receiving a  Jamma board that doesn't get your game cabinet  working could be the result of many causes. New problems can arise during shipping, storage and installation. Older games by their very nature may not be reliable. Your game cabinet  itself may have developed a new problem or had a re occurrence of an old problem. If your game does not work after you install the Jamma board game part, check for obvious problems, i.e. - improper voltages, things not plugged in, etc. Then if you are still having problems call us  / email  and we will review your situation over the phone /email ,skype video call ,and advise you on other possible actions you might take.
In case of still a malfunction I will work with you solve the problem !
1. The game board  may be returned to us .
2. The game board  must be received in the same condition as it was when we sent it.
A. It cannot be physically damaged or damaged by improper use especially voltages applied incorrectly.
B. It must have all the same parts on and must not be the result of somebody's unsuccessful experiment.
C. Exploded components will terminate any possibility of  return or refund
